Build your fleet quote
CHOOSE THE CARE YOU NEED
From exterior upkeep to a cleaner space for your drivers. We confirm the work and price before your first service.
Regular care for the surfaces your customers see.
Practical upkeep of the spaces your team uses.
Combine exterior and driver-cabin care in one visit.
START SMALL. BUILD A ROUTINE.
Weekly, every two weeks, monthly or a custom schedule, subject to route availability.
Share the number and types of vehicles, where they park and when they’re available. We review condition, site access and your priorities.
We agree on a price to clean a small, representative sample. You can see the result before choosing an ongoing plan.
Your written proposal sets the services, vehicle rates, visit minimum, frequency and payment terms. Extra work needs approval first.
When vehicles are ready at one location, we can share travel and setup time across the visit. Your quote reflects those efficiencies, the size of each vehicle and the work required.
Fleet rates are quoted separately. Personal membership discounts do not stack with fleet pricing.
BEFORE WE VISIT
We’re starting with small groups of work vehicles. Tell us your count and location; we’ll confirm whether the route and visit size are a good fit. Any minimum is written into your quote.
Having the agreed vehicles parked and accessible together gives the best opportunity for volume savings. If availability changes from visit to visit, we’ll build that into the proposal.
Tell us your preferred service window. We’ll confirm a time that works with our route, safe lighting, site access and local site requirements before you commit.
We confirm water and power arrangements, permission to work on-site, safe access, keys or a vehicle contact, and a suitable washing area. We review drainage and wash-water handling before accepting the location.
The proposal states payment timing, the minimum visit, weather rescheduling and how to change or end the schedule. We confirm additions and vehicle-condition changes before doing extra work.
A USEFUL FIRST CONVERSATION
You do not need to choose a long-term contract before speaking with us.
How many cars, vans or pickups need care? Tell us their normal condition and whether you need exterior, cabin or both.
Where do they park together, and when are they available? We will check whether a suitable service window fits.
We arrange a site review, agree on the price of a small pilot and then prepare a recurring quote if it is a good fit.
LET’S BUILD YOUR QUOTE
Send your business name, town, vehicle count and types, preferred frequency, and whether you need exterior or cabin care.
We’ll follow up to confirm condition and arrange the next step.
